We ship to most countries. International shipping costs between $25 - $35 depending on the country.

Customization does take time, but it's worth the wait. Custom order take between 2-3 weeks to manufacture and between 5-7 days shipping in the US. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

TGNY Custom Made Items:

If you have ordered a custom made item, it has been made up specifically for you.  However, if the size you receive is not correct, based on the sizing information you gave us, we will gladly alter it or exchange it for you.  If the size is correct, but the fit is not perfect, we offer a once off alteration service at no charge. You must notify us of changes that need to be made within 5 days of receiving your order. All additional shipping costs will be for your account.

TGNY Ready-to-Wear Collection:

Items that we already have in stock and are not customized can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must notify us of changes that need to be made within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.  All shipping costs will be for your account.
